Sol Ast - Summer Tipi at the Principal

Last year saw the opening at Sol Ast in Dean’s Park. This year the summer tipi bar has moved to the Principal Hotel and you are invited to come along for a cocktail and some wonderful ambience.

Opening to the public on 24 May, this is a Nordic alternative to typical al fresco dining and drinking. Bask lazily on sun beds, sip refreshing summer cocktails and graze away the days with delicious wares from the street food offerings.
